ABOUT THE TEACHER

Cassandra Leighvard has played the piano since she was six years old in her home country of England.  She won many awards of distinction in piano performance from the Trinity College of Music and the Royal School of Music during her teenage years. 

After relocating to Florida in 1997, she received her Bachelors degree in Music performance with honors from Stetson University.  During this time, she studied voice with Dr. Kearley.  She then went on to receive her Masters degree in Music performance from Florida State University in 2003.

She has played in countless recitals and has served as a professional vocal coach privately and for operatic companies here in America and in England.  She frequently performs at Nordstrom Department Store and as an accompanist for weddings, soloists and choirs all over Florida. 

 

RATES

Rates for piano lesson, voice lessons and music theory lessons are as follows:

30 minute lesson - $15 (beginners)

50 minute lesson - $18
